lonelybob: @techdaily What I'm saying is it's likely an "up to" 16 Mbps speed, not a speed with a signed-contract guarantee.

lonelybob: @techdaily But that 16 Mbps is likely a possible 'maximum speed', if you happen to live on the same block as a Comcast pipe.

lonelybob: @kiwinerd @techdaily Right that is the other issue, Flash is smaller/more compressed than raw MP4 video. Thus less bandwidth.

lonelybob: @techdaily iPhone is able to access/view Youtube because Youtube is converting all of their videos to MP4/H.264 video.
